Senior Interior Draftsman (Model Town)

Role Overview Key Responsibilities - Prepare complete architectural and interior working drawing sets for residential projects. - Develop detailed construction drawings including plans, elevations, sections, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, furniture details, staircase details, toilet details, kitchen details, and joinery drawings. - Produce detailed millwork, furniture, and custom joinery drawings for site execution. - Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, HVAC, and other consultants. - Review and maintain drawing accuracy, standards, and quality across all project stages. - Manage revisions and ensure drawings are updated as per design and site requirements. - Coordinate closely with designers to translate design concepts into technically executable drawings. - Visit project sites to understand execution requirements and resolve technical drawing issues. - Lead and mentor junior draftsmen by reviewing drawings and ensuring drafting standards are maintained. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project milestones. - Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, construction practices, and project specifications. - Maintain drawing documentation, BOQ references, and revision records throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications - 6-10 years of experience in residential interior and architectural drafting. - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Strong expertise in residential interior detailing and architectural working drawings. - Excellent knowledge of construction detailing, joinery, materials, and execution methodologies. - Advanced proficiency in CAD (mandatory). - Good understanding of SketchUp and basic visualization workflows is preferred. - Robust knowledge of furniture detailing, modular kitchen detailing, wardrobe detailing, staircase detailing, and interior execution drawings. - Experience coordinating with consulta .
