Job Summary / Your Role in a Nutshell: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud design, development, customization, integrations, and support across Classic and Lightning environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, APIs, and Salesforce administration, with the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while adhering to best practices and SDLC standards. The role also requires technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring capabilities to drive successful project delivery. What youll do: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Flows, and declarative capabilities. Lead end-to-end project delivery including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration frameworks. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and SDLC processes. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, supporting delivery excellence and knowledge sharing across the team. Participate in effort estimation, technical planning, risk assessment, and solution design discussions for new initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance. Drive continuous improvement through adoption of new Salesforce capabilities, development best practices, and process optimizations. What you need: 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation. Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud solution design and implementation, including customization using Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce, Flows, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Approval Processes, Sharing Rules, Record Types, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards. Strong experience with Salesforce administration, including user management, security model, page layouts, workflows, reports, dashboards, tasks, and events. Development experience in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience, with strong expertise in Lightning Components and modern Salesforce development practices. Integration experience with Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP) and external enterprise applications. Understanding of data structures and experience with data migration using Import Wizard, Data Loader, Workbench, or similar tools. Good understanding of MVC patterns, web application architecture, and frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS, Java Script, and j Query. Experience with source control systems, preferably Git. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), design principles, and engineering best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Ability to contribute to technology selection, technical decision-making, solution design, and delivery planning. Experience working closely with architects, project managers, and distributed teams in an agile environment. Good to Have: Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or equivalent. Experience integrating with multiple Salesforce Cloud offerings such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment/release management tools. Experience building custom supporting applications or modules using Java or other backend technologies. Active participation in Trailhead learning paths, Salesforce community initiatives, or platform innovation programs.
