About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Jurisprudential Research & Case Law Analysis: Perform rigorous legal research using premier databases (such as SCC Online, Manupatra, and Westlaw). You will analyze judicial precedents, track recent legislative amendments, and compile comprehensive research briefs to support ongoing litigation and advisory strategies. 2. Substantive Legal Drafting & Contract Lifecycle Support: Draft and proofread crucial legal documents, including legal notices, plaints, petitions, written statements, commercial contracts, and non-disclosure agreements. You will learn to adapt your writing style to meet strict court standards and corporate formatting rules. 3. Real Estate, RERA, & Corporate Compliance Advisory: Assist the team in navigating complex regulatory frameworks across RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority), labor laws, company law, and statutory corporate compliances. You will review project documents, analyze compliance risks, and draft advisory opinions for corporate clients. 4. Litigation Support, Court Filings, & Client Relations: Support senior advocates with procedural court filing requirements and document indexes. You will prepare chronological case summaries, attend client meetings to capture critical factual briefs, and sit in on virtual or physical court proceedings to observe active advocacy in action.
