Senior Design Engineer Impregnation Line Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 510 Years Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities - Design and develop complete Impregnation Lines for decorative laminate manufacturing. - Prepare 2D/3D models, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). - Design resin impregnation systems, drying ovens, web handling systems, unwind/rewind units, and auxiliary equipment. - Perform engineering calculations and optimize machine designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost. - Collaborate with Sales, Production, Electrical & Controls, Procurement, and Quality teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Support manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. - Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, ERP data, and drawing revisions. - Ensure timely project execution while adhering to quality standards.
