About the internship: This is a work-from-office internship based in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Apply only if you can commute on a daily basis and are available to join immediately. Conceptualizing and executing high-impact content strategies, including scripts, hooks, and captions that drive engagement, growth, and brand recall. 2. Researching platform trends, viral formats, and audience behavior across Instagram and YouTube to ensure content remains culturally relevant and performance-driven. 3. Leading end-to-end content production, shooting, editing, and optimization of short-form videos with a strong focus on scalability and quality. 4. Collaborating cross-functionally with design, marketing, and strategy teams to develop cohesive, insight-led content and campaigns. 5. Driving collaborations and partnerships with creators, influencers, and brands to expand reach, credibility, and audience engagement. 6. Contributing to business development initiatives by identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and supporting revenue-driven collaborations. 7. Supporting talent acquisition by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding content creators and creative professionals aligned with the brand's vision. 8. Working across multiple businesses owned by the company, gaining hands-on experience across diverse industries, audiences, and brand identities.
