School Marshal (Student Records & School Operations) Tatva Global School Hyderabad Full time, On-site Teachers should be teaching. That's the whole idea behind this role. At Tatva Global School, we looked hard at how our teachers actually spend their day and found too much of it going into consent forms, follow-up calls, department chasing, and record corrections. So we did something about it. We're building a dedicated operations layer under an initiative we call Let the Teacher Teach, and the School Marshal is the role at the centre of it. This isn't a support job that sits at the edge of the school. It's the operational spine that keeps classrooms, admin, and support teams moving in step and it's a role we designed deliberately, from a task-by-task study of what our teachers were carrying that they shouldn't have been. If you're the kind of person who closes loops without being chased, this is a role with genuine ownership in it. What you'll own Student records and documentation - Collect, verify, and file consent forms and allergy/health declarations for every student, including egg consent and food-allergy records - Maintain and update student health card details - Verify house allotments and other student-record data points - Draft certificates and official documentation, and support the Class Coordinator on distribution Parent and student communication - Handle parent calls and emails relating to remedial students, and maintain the accompanying documentation - Track PE, activity, and club participation records Cross-functional coordination - Act as the bridge between the classroom and Admin, Accounts, Transport, IT, Security, Housekeeping, and Kitchen following through until things are genuinely closed, not just raised - Work with Class Teachers and Class Coordinators on daily logistics such as stay-back arrangements and snack/allergy communication to Kitchen and Transport Quality checks and follow-up - Follow up on pending attendance marki .
