Role Description The Senior Influencer Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across multiple categories, building strong, long-term relationships with creators and agencies. You will design and execute influencer marketing campaigns end to end, including brief creation, contract negotiation, content coordination, performance tracking, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and community teams to align campaigns with brand objectives and ensure consistent messaging across social media and other channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing influencer pipelines, overseeing campaign timelines, monitoring content quality and compliance, and optimizing strategies based on data and insights. You will also support community initiatives, events, and collaborations that deepen engagement within the Biggbell ecosystem. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Proven expertise in Influencer Marketing, including strategy, campaign management, creator discovery, and performance analysis.Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, with the ability to leverage platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn for brand and creator campaigns.Knowledge of Public Relations practices for managing brand reputation, partnerships, and external communications.Sales acumen, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing brand deals related to influencer campaigns.Experience in the creator economy, digital marketing, or agency environment; prior work with brands or creators is highly beneficial.Strong analytical skills, familiarity with campaign metrics and reporting tools, and a data-driven approach to optimization.Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or .
