What we are looking for Empowering Data Management Excellence. You'll set up and optimize Master Data Management systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across an organization. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced startup setting and gets fired up in tackling complex challenges. What youll do Collaborate with various teams to drive data design, identify architectural risks, and improve the data landscape by developing and refining data models Utilize technical expertise in cloud, master data management, data warehousing, and data transformation to develop and test high-quality data solutions Lead hands-on development, with familiarity in data mastering and configuration of Reltio and Informatica MDM for HCP and HCO subject areas Document complex MDM solutions, including source- to- target mappings, match-merge rules, survivorship rules, and MDM architecture design considerations Lead and deliver data-centric projects with a focus on data quality, adherence to data standards, and best practices. Must have Computer Science degree with 3-4 years in MDM configurations in Pharmaceutical domain Expertise in MDM concepts and implementing complex MDM systems from scratch Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with a quality-focused approach Experience in data modeling, development, and testing for enterprise solutions. Should have done configurations on the MDM tool ( Match C Merge, survivorship rule, base object, queries and packages and more) Familiarity with Azure and AWS is a plus Key Skills: Informatica MDM, Reltio MDM,Python, SQL, Data Warehousing Must have Knowledge of Azure and AWS . Familiarity with Healthcare data sources like SP/SD, IQVIA, claims is a plus. .
