Job brief We are seeking a detail-focused, knowledgeable and professional Electrical Engineer to join our team The ideal fit for the role will have an educational background in electronics and a passion for engineering The key focus of the position is to provide service, repair, and maintenance to the companys electronic equipment and devices. Responsibilities - Review and monitor the electronic equipment in place. - Make suggestions on equipment upgrades that could improve performance or lower cost. - Create an effective maintenance schedule for the electronic equipment and components in the machinery. - Complete repairs on electronic equipment as needed. - Keep logs of all equipment and their repair and service schedules. - Use hand tools, power tools, and air tools to complete repair or service work. - Install new equipment as needed and test equipment for functionality before sign-off. - Ensure quality checks are completed of installed and new equipment. - Work with the engineering team to collaborate on repair projects. - Liaise with external parts suppliers to obtain repair parts. - Work in line with health and safety guidelines at all times.
