We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Diploma Engineer Trainees (Field Engineers) to join our organization. This opportunity is ideal for fresh diploma graduates who are eager to build a career in the telecom infrastructure industry. Eligibility Criteria: - Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering - Freshers are welcome to apply - Must own a 2-wheeler and possess a valid Driving License - Willingness to travel extensively and work at different project locations - Comfortable working in field-based roles Key Responsibilities: - Assist in telecom fiber network deployment activities, including cable ducting, trenching, cable blowing, and splicing - Support project execution while ensuring quality standards and timely completion - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and field teams for smooth project operations - Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the Area Manager - Assist in managing materials, manpower, and site-related activities - Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during field operations Required Skills: - Good communication and coordination skills - Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a energetic field environment - Basic problem-solving and multitasking abilities - Ability to work effectively as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Experience: Freshers Compensation: 240,000.00 - 250,000.00 per year Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
