The role will drive communication across the employee lifecyclefrom onboarding and learning to recognition, engagement, change management, and leadership communicationwhile positioning Orchids as an employer of choice. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Leadership, and cross-functional teams to create a connected, informed, and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities Internal Communications Developandexecute the annual Internal Communications strategy aligned with HR and business priorities. Owntheemployee communication calendar across the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, policy communication, performance management, learning initiatives, engagement programs, wellness, rewards & recognition, and organizational updates. Createcompelling employee communication including newsletters, leadership communication, HR announcements, presentations, FAQs, employee stories, videos, posters, and digital campaigns. Partner with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Employee Relations) to communicate people initiatives effectively.
