Job Description Future Skills Educator Parameter Future Skills Educator (Blended Role) Job Title Future Skills Educator Reporting To Cluster/Programme Manager Location Project-based (Urban / Rural) Role Summary The Future Skills Educator is responsible for delivering integrated Digital Literacy and Life Skills education to adolescents using structured life skills curriculum, coding curriculum using digital platforms (Code.org, LMS), and experiential learning methodologies. The role focuses on building future-ready skills including digital competence, problem-solving, communication, decision making, and responsible decision-making among learners from underserved communities. Key Responsibilities Digital Learning Deliver of digital literacy and coding sessions as per curriculumTrain on basic computer skills, internet usage, online safety, and creative coding conceptsUse platforms such as Code.org and Magic Bus Academy (LMS)Facilitate hands-on digital activities, art with code, and sprite-based projectsConduct digital assessments (pre/post-tests) and track learner progress on LMSSupport learners in completing digital projectsTroubleshoot basic technical issues during sessionsKey Responsibilities Life Skills Learning Facilitate life skills sessions aligned with prescribed curriculumDeliver modules on core life skills such as communication, self-awareness, collaboration, adaptability, decision-making, and self-management, etc.Use participatory methods such as sports, role plays, group discussions, games, and reflectionsCreate a safe, inclusive, and learner-friendly environmentEncourage real-life application of life skills conceptsTeaching Methodology Blended approach using technology-enabled learning + experiential and activity-based facilitation Target Learners Adolescents from underserved and marginalized communities Tools & Platforms Computers, internet, Code.org, LMS (Magic Bus Academy), digital devices, life skills curriculum, magic sheets Assessment & Reporting LMS-based assessments and attendance trackingSession observations, reflections, and qualitative reportsMaintain accurate learner data and session documentationRequired Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science / IT / Education / Social Sciences preferred) Key Skills & Competencies Digital literacy and basic coding knowledgeStrong facilitation and communication skillsLearner engagement and group managementEmpathy, patience, and cultural sensitivityBasic problem-solving and troubleshooting abilityExperience 03 years of experience in teaching, training, facilitation, or community-based programmes Language Skills Fluency in local language and basic English Other Requirements Willingness to travel to field locationsOpenness to continuous learning and upskillingSafeguarding Compliance Mandatory adherence to child safeguarding and organizational policies always Compensation: 22,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
