In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving our permanent healthcare staffing efforts for healthcare professionals across the United States. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the management daily to understand the current hiring requirements for various roles including RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Medical Directors, Radiologic Technologists, Occupational Therapists and other clinical/non-clinical positionsUtilize your executive search expertise and healthcare staffing experience to identify and attract top talent from active/passive candidate poolsConduct thorough candidate evaluations, including skills assessments, background checks, and reference verificationsManage full-cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and communicating until onboardingBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates across multiple disciplinesStay updated on US healthcare industry trends, compensation analysis, and hiring best practicesAct as a brand ambassador, promoting our reputation as a premier healthcare recruitment partner Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in executive search/permanent staffing with a focus on U.S. healthcare recruitmentProven track record of successfully placing candidates in RN, LPN, Physicians, OT, PT, Medical Director, and other clinical rolesIn-depth knowledge of US healthcare systems, regulations, credentialing, and hiring processesExceptional sourcing abilities and proficiency with applicant tracking systemsStrong consultative skills to understand client needs and candidate motivationsSolid understanding of US employment laws and ethical recruitment practicesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal in EnglishAbility to provide high volume submissions for W2 positions daily/weeklyNeed to have your own Jobsites/database of US healthcare professionals Willing to work strictly on a commission basisWilling to work on EST or PST timings If you are a healthcare recruitment specialist based in India with a passion for connecting top clinical talent with rewarding career opportunities in the US, we would love to hear from you.
