Technical Head Injection Moulding Rajpet (Raj Packagings) | Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh | Full-time On-site We're setting up a brand-new caps & closures manufacturing plant in Greater Noida new machines, new moulds, a fresh start and we're looking for the person who will build and run its technical operations from day one. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role.You will lead a team of operators and technicians and run all technical operations for the plant and you'll also set up and run the machines yourself. If you're a strong injection moulding engineer who wants to lead your own team and run a full plant, not just one small part of it, this role is built for you. About UsRajpet, the brand of Raj Packagings, is an established manufacturer of PET preforms and caps & closures, supplying 500+ FMCG and beverage customers across India. We currently run four manufacturing plants and 20 injection moulding machines, and we're now expanding with a new caps & closures plant in Greater Noida. This role is a key part of that expansion. The RoleAs Technical Head Injection Moulding, you'll lead the plant's technical team and own everything technical at the new plant: leading and managing the operators and technicians, running the machines, maintaining quality, and keeping machine uptime high. You'll be the senior-most technical person at the plant, reporting directly to the partners so decisions are made quickly and you will see the direct results of your work. You'll be working on advanced equipment FANUC all-electric injection moulding machinesand48-cavity Husky hot-runner systems, along with automated cap assembly lines. Direct FANUC and Husky experience is ideal, but what's essential is that you've worked with machines and tooling of a similar level, so you can take charge of this setup quickly. What You'll DoOperate and optimiseFANUC all-electric injection moulding machineshands-on process setting, parameter tuning, and cycle-time improvementSet up, run, and maintain48-cavity Husky hot-runner systems hot-half management, tip and gate maintenance, balancing, and fault diagnosisOwn product quality, cycle time, and rejection controlPlan and manage preventive maintenance to keep machines and hot-runner systems running reliablyLead, manage, train, and schedule the team of shift operators and technicians, and be responsible for their performance and disciplineCoordinate production planning to meet customer dispatch commitmentsSupport the commissioning and trials of new machines and moulds as the plant grows What We're Looking ForEssential non-negotiable: Proven hands-on experience onall-electric injection moulding machines FANUC ideally, or similar all-electric machines with the same depth of experience (not hydraulic-only experience)Direct experience withhigh-cavitation premium hot-runner systems 48-cavity Husky ideally, or similar high-quality systems of the same complexity715 yearsof hands-on injection moulding experience in a demanding, high-precision setup automotive, closures, preforms, medical, or similar. A strong automotive or other precision-moulding background is valued as much as closures/preform experienceWhat matters is the level and depth of your experience, not the exact brand you should be able to start on our FANUC and 48-cavity Husky setup and get comfortable with it quickly. Also important: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Plastics, Mechanical, or Tool & Die (CIPET background a plus) but this is not a prerequisite.Strong command of process setting, high-cavitation mould changeover, and troubleshootingExperience leading and managing a team of operators and technicians on the shop floorSomeone who leads from the shop floor, not just from an office deskWilling to be based in / relocate to Greater Noida What We OfferFull ownership of a new plant's technical operations from day oneA direct working relationship with the company's partners no extra management layers, so decisions happen fastA modern, well-equipped factory with plenty of room to grow as the plant expandsSalary: 6.58.5 lakh CTC (based on experience).
