Intern customer support

About the Role We are looking for a Patient Experience Intern to support patients throughout their healthcare journey. The role involves handling inbound patient calls, understanding and resolving queries, collecting feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from patients and assist them with their queries. Understand patient concerns and provide appropriate information or guidance. Support patients throughout their treatment journey. Collect and record patient feedback regarding their experience. Identify recurring patient concerns and escalate issues to the relevant teams. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of patient queries. Follow established processes and communication guidelines while interacting with patients. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback. Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and experience. Required Skills Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused approach. Comfortable handling inbound calls and interacting with patients. Basic computer and MS Office skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
