Job Overview: Phenoble is seeking a trained fresher Salesforce Developer with a foundational understanding of both Salesforce development and administration. The selected candidate will begin with a 6-month probation and training period. You will work closely with senior team members to customize, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring its alignment with business processes and requirements. Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will transition to a permanent role with continued career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assist in customizing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce platforms, focusing on both development and administration. Work with senior developers and administrators to implement solutions on Salesforce Clouds (Sales & Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Agentforce). Apply foundational knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC) and administration (user setup, permissions, data management) to support daily operations. Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and ensure solutions are developed efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues to ensure high platform performance. Continuously expand your knowledge of Salesforce products, tools, and best practices through on-the-job training. Requirements ~ 3- 5 Years of Experience as Salesforce Developer ~Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC) and administration (user setup, data management, security, etc.). Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. A willingness to learn , take ownership of work and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem. Ability to contribute to the customisation and configuration of Salesforce to meet business needs.
