Brand and Growth Manager

Arlak Biotech is looking for a dynamic Brand & Growth Manager to lead the next phase of growth for JC Best Pain Oil, our Ayurvedic pain-relief brand. We are looking for someone who can think beyond traditional pharmaceutical marketing and build a strong consumer healthcare / OTC brand through a combination of branding, retail activation, digital marketing, distribution support, and measurable consumer demand. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual brand and marketing strategy for JC Best Strengthen brand positioning, communication, and consumer proposition Plan ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, retail, and trade marketing initiatives Work closely with distributors and sales teams to improve secondary sales and consumer offtake Manage digital campaigns, agencies, marketplaces, and social media Track marketing ROI, CAC, ROAS, repeat purchase, and campaign performance Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities Manage marketing budgets with strong commercial discipline Build a 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month growth roadmap for the brand Ideal Candidate 510 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing / Growth Experience in OTC, Ayurveda, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Wellness, Personal Care, or D2C preferred Strong understanding of offline retail as well as digital marketing Demonstrated experience in building or scaling consumer brands Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, agencies, and sales teams Strong ownership mindset and execution capability Location: Chandigarh / Tricity preferred Company: Arlak Biotech Brand: JC Best Pain Oil Candidates who have worked on Ayurvedic OTC, pain relief, balm/oil, wellness, consumer healthcare, or FMCG brands will be preferred.
