We are looking for a Director - Presales to own and drive the presales strategy for India, leading complex large-scale pursuits across global markets while shaping compelling solution visions for senior stakeholders. In this role, you will act as executive sponsor on marquee bids and build high-performing presales teams that consistently raise win rates. Responsibilities Own and drive the presales strategy for India define the operating model, build playbooks, and continuously raise the bar on win rates Lead and personally contribute to complex large-scale RFPs deal values typically $10M+ spanning clients across North America, Europe, APAC and emerging markets, in sectors including financial services, healthcare, retail, hi-tech and manufacturing Drive focus areas including agentic managed services, multi-tower outsourcing and vendor consolidation programs Act as executive sponsor and chief storyteller on marquee bids Orchestrate cross-functional teams of architects, delivery leads, finance, legal and domain experts Engage directly with C-level and senior stakeholder audiences to shape requirements, build trust and co-create compelling solution visions Requirements 20+ years' overall IT experience spanning software delivery, consulting and solution architecture, including 10+ years in a presales or pursuit leadership role Demonstrated track record of leading and winning large complex RFPs ($10M+ deals) Expertise in managed services delivery models, commercial structuring and governance frameworks Understanding of modern technology landscapes including Cloud, AI/ML and Agentic AI Knowledge of Data & Analytics, Digital Engineering, IoT and enterprise platforms Background in engaging at the C-suite and board level with ability to influence senior stakeholders and build executive-level trust Excellent written and spoken English with exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences Capability to build and lead presales or solution consulting teams Nice to have Familiarity with EPAM's service portfolio and delivery model, or equivalent global IT services firm experience Background in agentic managed services, vendor consolidation or multi-tower outsourcing deals .
