Key Responsibilities: IT Technology and Product Hiring: Lead the recruitment process for IT technology and product roles, ensuring the best talent is sourced and hired.RPO Assignments: Be open to working on Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) assignments and deputations as needed.Client Interaction: Front-end clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Revenue Targets and Deadlines: Work towards achieving revenue targets and meeting deadlines.Lateral Hiring: Focus on lateral hiring for full-time roles, with a minimum of 80% of the hiring being lateral.Senior and Leadership Hiring: Manage the recruitment process for senior and leadership positions.Emerging/Niche Skills: Successfully close positions requiring emerging and niche skills.Qualifications: Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT technology and product hiring.RPO Experience: Experience in RPO is a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Client Management: Proven experience in front-ending clients and managing their expectations.Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work towards revenue targets and meet deadlines.Lateral Hiring: Strong experience in lateral hiring for full-time roles.If interested or if you have any questions, reach us at [HIDDEN TEXT].
