Founding Team Member Leading Shopify, SEO and GEO and Design

Timba is looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial team member to lead our digital growth and help build the next stage of our global brand. You will take ownership Timba's digital presence, from how Timba is discovered, experienced and to converted online - from Shopify development, CRO, and discovery. What youll lead Shopify website management, merchandising and conversion-rate optimisationTechnical, on-page and content-led SEOGEO - Generative Engine Optimisation, to improve Timbas visibility and citations across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and other AI platformsWebsite structure, landing pages, product pages and international customer journeysBrand design across the website, campaigns, marketplaces and social mediaAnalytics, reporting and experimentation to improve traffic, engagement and salesCoordination with content creators, developers, photographers and external specialists when required Were looking for someone who: Has strong hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerceUnderstands SEO deeply and is curious about the emerging GEO landscapeHas a sharp visual eye and can work confidently with tools such as Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteUnderstands consumer behaviour, conversion funnels and international D2C marketsCan combine strategy with executionyou enjoy building, testing and improving things yourselfUses AI tools intelligently to accelerate research, content, design and operationsIs comfortable working in an early-stage environment where priorities evolve quicklyThinks like an owner, communicates clearly and takes responsibility for outcomes Experience in fitness, wellness, sports, movement or consumer products would be valuable, but it is not essential. About Timba Timba is building a modern movement and functional-fitness ecosystem inspired by traditional training practices such as Indian Clubs, Mudgar, and Kalaripayattu. We design and manufacture wooden equipment, as well as education and training experiences that help people move better, become stronger and build greater coordination and movement confidence. Our products and programs are already reaching coaches, physiotherapists, fitness professionals and movement enthusiasts across multiple countries.
