Art Coordinator-Healthcare

Role Overview: We are looking for an Art Coordinator-Senior Executive to deliver high-quality, accurate, and impactful design adaptations and updates. In this role, you will ensure the seamless integration of layouts, maintain brand consistency, and execute projects with exceptional attention to detail. You will work on a variety of projects that require precision, adaptability, and creative problem-solving while meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities Adapt and refine layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelinesImplement design updates and changes, ensuring precision and consistencyCollaborate with the New York team to understand project requirements and maintain alignment with client expectationsProvide solutions for layout adjustments while preserving the integrity of the designMaintain and organize design files to ensure efficient workflow and version controlConduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and excellence of all deliverablesStay updated on brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all projects Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred6-8 years of experience in design, preferably in a collaborative team environmentProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and FigmaStrong understanding of design principles, typography, and layoutAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skills .
