Senior Automation Test Lead

DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Test Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading automation testing efforts and driving quality initiatives across software projects. ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks.Develop and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Mentor and guide junior automation testers in best practices and tools.Analyze test results and report defects in a clear and concise manner.Continuously improve testing processes and automation strategies. Skills and Qualifications10-12 years of experience in software testing and automation.Strong proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Skills Senior Automation Test Lead with GenAI competency (GitHub Copilot, Agentic) along with Katalon + Java / Selenium , Jira .
