We value candidates who: foster a nurturing, inclusive environment for students with diverse learning needs/ multiple disabilities are passionate to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs; create experiences designed to help them realise their potential provide one-on-one or small-group instruction to students with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or behavioural challenges. use visual aids, and modified learning materials to support diverse learners. create a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student independence and self-esteem. collaborate with class teachers to adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies for inclusive classrooms. monitor student progress and maintain detailed records of assessments, goals, and achievements. conduct regular parent meetings to discuss student progress and provide strategies for home support. stay updated with current research, methodologies, and best practices in special education. Essential Skills & Qualification: Masters degree in special education/ B.ed in special education/ Diploma is special education from a recognized institute. Degree in Psychology would be an advantage Must hold a valid RCI Certification Minimum 5 years of experience as a Special Educator Robust communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and creativity in teaching .
