Graphic Designer and Illustrator

Graphic Designer & Illustrator Location: Chennai Experience: 1+ year Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Were looking for a Graphic Designer & Illustrator with around 1 year of experience who can bring ideas to life through strong visual thinking, thoughtful design and illustration. Youll work across a range of brands, campaigns and digital platforms, creating everything from social media creatives and brand assets to illustrations and campaign visuals. What Youll Do Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements and marketing collateral.Develop illustrations, icons, graphics and visual elements for different brands and campaigns.Translate creative briefs and ideas into strong visual concepts.Create layouts, compositions and visual systems that align with each brands identity.Develop creative concepts for Instagram posts, carousels, Reels, stories and campaigns.Work on branding and marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, banners and other digital assets.Collaborate with copywriters, social media managers and the creative team to develop integrated campaigns.Adapt designs across different formats, platforms and sizes while maintaining visual consistency.Research visual trends, references, typography and design styles relevant to different brands.Take feedback positively and refine designs while maintaining creative quality.Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different client accounts.What Were Looking For 1+ year of experience in graphic design, visual design or a related role.Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling.Good illustration skills and the ability to develop original visual concepts.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Knowledge of InDesign, Figma or Procreate is an added advantage.Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.Ability to understand and work within different brand identities and visual languages.Comfortable working on multiple projects and meeting deadlines.Someone who is curious, creative and willing to experiment with different visual styles.Bonus Points Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, luxury, beauty, home or eCommerce brands.Motion graphics or basic animation skills.Experience creating illustrations for campaigns, packaging or digital media.Familiarity with social media design trends and formats.A strong understanding of both minimal and expressive design styles.What We Value Were looking for someone who doesn't just make things look good, but understands why they should look that way.
