Director of Product Management Data Security

The Role Were looking for a Director of Product Management to lead product strategy and execution for our DSPM platform. In this role, youll shape the roadmap, drive innovation in core data security capabilities, and partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success. Youll also play a key role in scaling our product management function as the company grows. This is a unique opportunity for a product leader whos excited to build in a high-growth, early-stage environment balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. What Youll Do Own the product roadmap across discovery, classification, risk analysis, compliance, and remediation. Translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and clear priorities. Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality features on time and at scale. Collaborate with sales and marketing to position the product effectively in the market. Engage directly with customers and design partners to validate direction and accelerate adoption. Establish best practices for product management and mentor future product team members. Monitor competitive landscape, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform long-term strategy. What Were Looking For 610 years of product management experience, with at least 23 years in a leadership role. Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud security, or data-centric products (DLP, CSPM, IAM a plus). Technical depth comfortable collaborating with engineering on backend systems, APIs, and cloud-native environments. Proven ability to ship successful products and scale adoption.
