The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality execution, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and the project team. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications. Execute RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and structural works. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved quality standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth project execution. Verify line, level, alignment, dimensions, and workmanship before execution. Monitor labour productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower. Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site records, and measurement sheets. Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and contractor billing measurements. Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage. Coordinate with the procurement and store departments for timely material availability. Identify site issues, recommend solutions, and escalate major concerns to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager. Ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards. Attend site meetings and submit regular progress updates. Maintain site documentation, inspection reports, and QA/QC records.
