We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Mathematics Faculty to join our academic team. Roles & Responsibilities - Teach Mathematics for JEE Main & JEE Advanced students. - Plan and deliver engaging classroom sessions with conceptual clarity. - Prepare study materials, assignments, worksheets, and mock tests. - Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback. - Solve students doubts and provide academic mentoring. - Track student progress and help improve performance. - Conduct revision sessions, tests, and problem-solving classes. - Coordinate with academic and management teams for curriculum planning. Required Skills & Qualifications - Robust knowledge of JEE Mathematics syllabus. - Good teaching and communication skills. - Ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner. - Passion for mentoring students and improving results. - Bachelors/Masters degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Prior experience in JEE coaching is an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile - Energetic and student-friendly teaching approach. - Ability to handle classroom management effectively. - Robust problem-solving and analytical skills. - Comfortable handling both online and offline classes. Salary - Salary based on experience, teaching quality, and demo performance. - Performance incentives may be provided.
