Career Counsellor GGN 57 & Indirapuram Location: GGN 57 & Indirapuram Industry: School Education Department: Counselling / Student Guidance Job Description We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Career Counsellor to provide comprehensive career guidance to students and support them in making informed decisions regarding higher education and career pathways. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-to-one career counselling sessions for students and understand their interests, strengths, aptitude, and career aspirations. Guide students on suitable career options, courses, colleges, universities, entrance examinations, and scholarships. Counsel parents regarding their childs academic and career progression. Conduct career assessments, workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions for students. Maintain updated knowledge of colleges, universities, professional courses, competitive examinations, and emerging career opportunities. Assist students with college selection, application processes, admission timelines, and documentation. Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and external career guidance organizations. Coordinate with teachers, school leadership, and parents to ensure effective student guidance. Maintain confidential records of counselling sessions, student profiles, and career plans. Track students progress and provide continuous guidance throughout the admission process. Support the school in organizing university fairs, career fairs, guest lectures, and higher-education events.
