Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Company Secretary / CA Associate with hands-on experience in corporate secretarial activities, finance, accounting, statutory compliance, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple compliance and financial activities. Key Responsibilities Manage corporate secretarial and governance activities, including MCA/ROC filings, statutory registers, Board/Committee/General Meeting documentation, resolutions, and minutes. Handle finance and accounting activities including reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, MIS, budgeting, cash flow, receivables/payables, and financial analysis. Coordinate GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance activities. Support statutory, tax, and internal audits, including documentation and coordination with auditors and consultants. Coordinate with legal teams on contracts, agreements, regulatory notices, and corporate/legal documentation. Monitor statutory, financial, and regulatory deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned activities. Coordinate with management, auditors, consultants, lawyers, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Required Qualifications Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). CA qualification is preferred. Candidates with both CS + CA qualifications will be strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred. Required Experience & Skills 25 years of relevant post-qualification/hands-on experience in company secretarial, finance, accounting, audit, tax, compliance, or corporate governance functions. Strong practical exposure to CS and finance/accounting activities. Experience in a startup, growing company, corporate group, professional services firm, or similar fast-paced environment is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with senior management, finance teams, auditors, lawyers, consultants, and regulatory authorities. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
