Define the EY Fabric DevEx reference architecture across developer onboarding, repositories, CI/CD, environments, testing, deployment, observability, and operational handoffCreate repeatable developer experience patterns that can be reused across post-sales implementationsEstablish golden paths for common EY Fabric development scenarios, including application onboarding, pipeline setup, environment provisioning, code promotion, testing, and release managementDevelop accelerators such as repository scaffolds, pipeline templates, starter kits, sample implementations, onboarding checklists, deployment guides, and troubleshooting playbooksEnsure DevEx accelerators are simple, practical, and easy for Forward Deployed Engineers and delivery teams to consumeDefine standards for GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, branching, code review, artifact management, secrets handling, deployment approvals, and release governancePartner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure DevEx patterns align with platform capabilities and roadmap directionIdentify recurring post-sales implementation friction and convert it into reusable tooling, automation, and documentationAct as the escalation point for complex DevEx issues that impact delivery velocity, quality, or platform consistencyDefine clear handoff expectations between Domain Architecture and FDE teams for developer platform implementationMeasure DevEx effectiveness through adoption of golden paths, reduction in bespoke pipelines, onboarding speed, developer feedback, and repeatability of deliveryMaintain DevEx architecture assets in agreed EY Fabric repositories such as GitHub, SharePoint, Teams, and internal knowledge hubsMentor mid-level DevEx Architects and help build a strong engineering enablement culture within the post-sales teamAnalytical and Decision-Making Responsibilities Decide which developer workflows should become formal golden paths versus optional guidanceEvaluate tradeoffs between developer autonomy, governance, security, and platform consistencyPrioritize DevEx accelerators based on demand, reusability, delivery friction, and adoption impactIdentify patterns of bespoke tooling and determine how to standardize or rationalize themAssess whether existing tools and workflows are fit for scale across multiple segments and geographiesKnowledge and Skills Required Deep experience in software engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, and platform engineeringStrong knowledge of GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, release management, and automationExperience building internal developer platforms, reusable templates, engineering standards, or self-service developer capabilitiesAbility to create clean, practical developer documentation and implementation assetsStrong understanding of secure software delivery practices and operational readinessAbility to influence engineering behavior across distributed teamsStrong communication skills with both engineering and leadership audiencesSupervision Responsibilities Provide technical leadership to DevEx Architects and contributorsReview DevEx accelerators, templates, and golden paths for consistency and usabilityCoach teams on using standard EY Fabric development workflowsJob Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or architectureExperience creating reusable developer platform assets, templates, golden paths, or acceleratorsCloud, DevOps, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Kubernetes certifications preferred Work location: Chennai/ Mumbai/Pune Experience: 16+ years .
