Hiring ERP Functional Consultant for a leading Manufacturing Industry

: - The Functional persons needs to be someone who understands manufacturing, they doesnt need to be technical but needs to understand the company processes and manufacturing system. They shall only have 1 job of learning and working on EPICOR. Hence this person becomes the go to person and as he has no other role he will improve far better than the process owners. - Background- Engineer with focus on production, supply chain etc - Experience: 2-3 years + of experience of being a functional person at any ERP implementation at customer end (not at ERP implementer end). - And or/ Person who's worked in support in ERP. Experience in production planning and configurator highly valued - Knowledge of user administration and access control is desirable. - Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations. - Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements. - Developing and configuring customized ERP solutions. - Writing programs and scripts to design user-friendly interfaces and optimized functionalities. - Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration. - Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance. - Providing ERP end-user training and technical support. - Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates. - Complying with industry regulations. - Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.
