Project Architect (Residential & Commercial Projects) (Ahmedabad)

An architecture and interior design practice in Anand Vihar, Delhi is hiring a Project Architect with 35 years of experience to work on residential and commercial projects across design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and execution stages. Project Type Work may include: Residential architecture projects Residential interior projects Commercial projects Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and project presentations Manage project documentation across design development and execution stages Prepare and review working drawings, GFC drawings, and technical documentation Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other project consultants Conduct client meetings and document project requirements Participate in site visits and coordinate project execution activities Assist in BOQ preparation and material specification documentation Maintain project records, drawing revisions, and documentation updates Monitor project timelines and coordination requirements Coordinate assigned tasks with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams Requirements Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) 35 years of qualified experience in architecture or interior projects Experience working on residential and commercial projects Understanding of building regulations and construction practices Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience preparing working drawings and construction documentation Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D modeling software Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and presentation preparation tools Experience preparing working drawings, GFC drawings, and technical documentation Experience coordinating with consultants and project stakeholders Ability to manage project documentation, coordination activities, and assigned project responsibilities Work Schedule Location: Anand Vihar, Delhi Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM 7:00 PM) .
