We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer who can take ownership of mobile app development across both iOS and Android platforms. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android Publish, manage, and support apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store Handle TestFlight, App Store releases, Play Console releases, beta testing, and production deployments Build up-to-date, responsive, and polished mobile UI/UX experiences Integrate GraphQL and REST APIs efficiently Work closely with backend and product teams Debug performance, networking, and platform-specific issues Lead mobile development initiatives and mentor junior developers when needed Independently own features from development to deployment Use modern AI/GenAI development tools to improve productivity and code quality Required Experience Minimum 4+ years of professional Flutter/mobile application development experience At least 5 published production mobile applications Experience independently handling app releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store is mandatory Strong experience with Flutter and Dart Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle for both iOS and Android Experience with TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console Experience integrating GraphQL and REST APIs Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimization Ability to work independently and lead development initiatives when required Experience using GenAI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools in the development workflow Preferred Experience with healthcare or high-scale consumer applications Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting Employment Terms This is a full-time exclusive employment role.
