Workday delivery head (Kolkata)

Role Summary The Workday Delivery Head is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery, governance, and operational excellence of Workday implementations, support engagements, and transformation programs. This role oversees delivery teams across Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, Reporting, Security, and AMS services while ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, quality, and scalable delivery processes. The ideal candidate combines robust Workday functional and program management expertise with leadership capabilities to drive large-scale enterprise transformations. Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday implementation, enhancement, and support programs. Establish delivery governance, project management standards, and operational KPIs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. Manage multiple concurrent enterprise Workday programs globally. Drive delivery excellence and continuous process improvement. Stakeholder Management Act as the executive escalation point for customers and internal leadership. Build strong relationships with client executives, HR leaders, IT teams, and business stakeholders. Conduct steering committee meetings and provide delivery status updates. Collaborate with sales and account management teams during pre-sales and solution discussions. Team Leadership Lead and mentor Workday consultants, project managers, architects, and delivery managers. Drive resource planning, utilization, competency development, and workforce scaling. Build high-performing delivery teams and succession plans. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Delivery Governance & Quality Define delivery frameworks, methodologies, templates, and best practices. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Workday implementation methodology.
