This is a remote position. Position: Web Developer / WordPress Developer / Marketing Web Specialist Location: Remote Experience: 46 years Department: Marketing & Technology About Perceptive Analytics Perceptive Analytics is a Data Analytics and BI consulting company helping enterprises turn their data into actionable insights using Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Analytics. We are a Microsoft Partner, working with Fortune 200 clients across industries such as Financial Services, Pharma, Insurance, and Consulting. Were looking for a Web Developer (WordPress + Salesforce) who can build, maintain, and optimize our digital presence from marketing web pages and landing pages to email templates and integrated lead forms. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage WordPress-based websites with responsive, SEO-friendly pages. Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, ABM). Design and code HTML email templates compatible with Salesforce / Pardot / HubSpot. Build and integrate lead forms and gated content pages with Salesforce CRM. Ensure GA4, GTM, and tracking codes are properly implemented for analytics and campaign reporting. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to bring Figma or Adobe XD mockups to life. Maintain website security, speed, and plugin updates; troubleshoot issues proactively. Required Skills 35 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development (themes, plugins, customizations). Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP. Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or HubSpot form and data integrations. Understanding of technical SEO, responsive design, and website performance optimization. Good to Have Familiarity with Webflow or HubSpot CMS. Basic understanding of UX/UI design.
