Job Description Company: Aspire Digital Media Position: Website Developer Experience: 1+ Year Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Kolkata Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Website Developer with at least 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting websites while working closely with the design, SEO, content, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update responsive websites.Convert UI/UX designs into functional and user-friendly websites.Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relevant web development technologies.Develop and customize websites using WordPress and other CMS platforms.Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across different browsers and devices.Optimize websites for speed, performance, and basic SEO requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, errors, and technical issues.Integrate plugins, APIs, forms, tracking codes, and third-party tools as required.Coordinate with the SEO and content teams for website optimization and updates.Maintain website security, backups, and regular updates.Perform website testing before deployment and ensure proper functionality.Manage domain, hosting, SSL, and basic server-related requirements when necessary.Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and industry trends.Required Skills Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in website development.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Hands-on experience with WordPress.Understanding of responsive web design.Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.Familiarity with website hosting, domains, SSL, and cPanel.Knowledge of PHP/MySQL will be an added advantage.Good problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Good communication and time-management skills.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.Experience working with digital marketing agencies will be preferred.Experience with Elementor, WooCommerce, Git, or similar tools will be an advantage.Compensation: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursementInternet reimbursementLeave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offWork Location: In person .
