Now, were launching new verticals under the CandidShutters banner, functioning with the speed and energy of a startup. Were looking for a Web Developer (full time role, Sector 86, Gurgaon) who will be a core member of our small, close-knit team, working directly with the founders. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a creative, rapid-paced environment. You'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web platforms while implementing automation and integrations that make our digital presence seamless and powerful. WHAT YOULL DO - Website Development & Maintenance: Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress and WooCommerce websites. Manage hosting environments, domain settings, and backups. Ensure sites are mobile-friendly, fast, and SEO-compliant. - Integrations: Implement APIs integrations to connect websites with third-party tools. - Optimization: Optimize site performance, security, and scalability. - SEO Implementation: Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and keyword structuring. - Design & Communication: Use a good sense of design to create wireframes. Write explicit documentation and communicate effectively with the team. QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: 25 years of hands-on experience in web development, or a strong fresher with demonstrable projects. - Technical Skills: Strong expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with ERPNext or similar ERP platforms. - Integration & Automation: Ability to integrate APIs for automation and data sync. - SEO: Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices (on-page, technical). Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics is a plus. - General: Good verbal and written English communication skills. A comprehensive understanding of website architecture and data flow. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems.
