Ltd. is an overseas recruitment company specializing in sourcing and recruiting candidates for employment opportunities across Gulf and European countries . Job Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other recruitment channels. Handle end-to-end recruitment for overseas job vacancies. Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and eligibility. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/employers. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and documentation process. Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies. Maintain proper records of candidate profiles, interview status, and selections. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for upcoming overseas vacancies. Requirements 13 years of experience in recruitment/HR , preferably in overseas recruitment . Experience with job portals such as Shine, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn , etc. will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to screen and shortlist candidates effectively. Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic computer skills. Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines. Candidates with experience in Gulf/European recruitment will be preferred.
