Role Overview We are looking for an International B2B Sales professional to drive overseas exhibitor acquisition, international stall/space sales and sponsorship revenue . The ideal candidate should be confident in international prospecting, virtual client meetings, commercial negotiations and deal closures , with the ability to build business across multiple countries and time zones. Key Responsibilities Drive international exhibition stall/space and sponsorship sales . Identify and acquire overseas brands, manufacturers, exporters and suppliers . Build country-wise prospect databases through LinkedIn, trade databases, email campaigns, referrals and market research . Connect with international decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, Export Heads, International Business & Marketing Heads . Conduct international sales calls, presentations and virtual meetings. Prepare proposals, stall options, floor plans and sponsorship packages. Manage the complete sales cycle: Prospecting Meeting Proposal Negotiation Closure Payment . Develop business through international chambers, trade bodies, associations and export organisations . Build and manage high-value international accounts. Achieve monthly and exhibition-wise revenue targets. Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts and timely follow-ups. Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Operations and Finance for smooth exhibitor onboarding. KRAs / KPIs International Revenue | Overseas Exhibitor Acquisition | Stall/Space Sales | Sponsorship Revenue | New Country Development | Key Account Growth | Lead-to-Booking Conversion | Average Deal Value | Payment Realization | Pipeline & CRM Accuracy Ideal Candidate Graduate; MBA/PGDM in International Business, Foreign Trade or Sales & Marketing preferred. 4-7 years of International Sales / B2B Business Development experience . Experience in International Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, B2B Events or Sponsorship Sales preferred. Strong international client handling, negotiation and closing skills. Excellent written and spoken English . Experience handling overseas clients through email, calls and virtual meetings . Existing international business/exhibitor network will be an advantage. Exposure to Organic, Food & Beverage, Agriculture, AYUSH, Nutraceuticals, Wellness, FMCG, Packaging or Sustainability is preferred.
