Faculty Teacher

Position: B.Ed. Faculty Department: B.Ed. Programme Location: Mira Road Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for qualified and experienced faculty members to join our B.Ed. programme. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching, academic planning, student mentoring, assessment, and supporting the overall academic activities of the department. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective lectures as per the prescribed B.Ed. curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and other academic resources. Conduct tutorials, practical sessions, workshops, and other academic activities. Evaluate student assignments, internal assessments, examinations, and academic performance. Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development. Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, and other institutional activities. Maintain required academic records, attendance, assessment reports, and documentation. Contribute to curriculum development, academic initiatives, and quality improvement activities. Support University/NAAC-related academic documentation and compliance requirements. Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department/Management. Eligibility & Qualifications Ed. qualification from a recognized University/Institution. NET/SET/Ph.D. qualification will be preferred/considered as applicable. Candidates must fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria as per applicable University/UGC/NCTE norms . Relevant teaching experience in B.Ed./Education programmes will be an advantage.
