The role involves coordinating front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance activities to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Monitor guest services and promptly resolve guest complaints, concerns, and special requests. Coordinate activities of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational departments. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the property. Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance management. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. Support the Hotel Manager in achieving occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of operational supplies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
