Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Female Candidates Only Location: Mira Road - East Key Responsibilities Understand client requirements and translate them into effective talent search and sourcing strategies . Identify, source, and engage relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and market mapping . Conduct in-depth candidate screening to assess functional expertise, career progression, stability, communication, compensation, and overall suitability . Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across different industries and functional areas for current and future mandates. Manage recruitment mandates end-to-end, ensuring quality submissions, timely follow-ups, interview coordination, and successful closures . Develop strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track recruitment performance, maintain accurate MIS, and continuously improve sourcing and conversion effectiveness . Candidate Profile Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with targets and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
