As an Analyst, Managed services, you will contribute to Epic-enabled healthcare engagements by supporting system configuration, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to help clients improve operational performance and deliver measurable business value. Work you'll do As an Analyst, Managed services on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for: Supporting configuration changes, system builds, and maintenance activities within Epic and other Electronic Health Record platforms Analyzing client requirements and healthcare workflows to support solution design, issue resolution, and delivery outcomes Working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments to support estimation, documentation, defect tracking, and project execution Performing incident and problem management activities, including root cause analysis and adherence to Service Level Agreement requirements Contributing to process improvement, automation, knowledge sharing, and development of tools or accelerators that enhance delivery quality The team You will play a key role in developing verticalized solutions tailored to the unique needs of each clients sector, transforming how organizations sell products, deliver services, drive growth, and sustain mission-critical .
