Hiring: Associate | Capital Markets Operations We are hiring an Associate to join a growing capital markets operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in IPOs, corporate actions, registrar & transfer operations, or capital market services. Location: Mumbai Experience: 2-5 Years Qualification: Graduate Key Responsibilities - Coordinate with corporates, banks, depositories, Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs), and stock exchanges. Prepare and share transaction-related drafts and documentation with clients before execution.Maintain accurate client records and ensure complete documentation for processing.Update client information and corporate action events in internal systems.Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.Process allotment-related activities with accuracy.Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of transactions. Required Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Eligibility - Graduate in any discipline.2-5 years of relevant experience in capital market operations or related functions.
