About the roleWe are seeking an experienced One Identity Manager Consultant to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and support of One Identity Manager solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings extensive handson experience with OneIM, strong development skills, and a deep understanding of identity and access management.Key responsibilitiesCustomize and configure One Identity Manager using Designer, Synchronization Editor, Report Editor, Web Designer, Object Browser, and API Editor.Develop and maintain custom processes and automation scripts in VB.NET.Integrate One Identity Manager with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Azure, SAP, CSVbased sources, and Web Services.Analyze existing deployments, align them with best practices, and streamline operations.Manage daytoday administration, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform stability.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver comprehensive identity governance solutions.Required profile10+ years of experience with One Identity Manager, including installation, configuration, customization, and administration.Proven track record delivering enterprise IAM projects and supporting largescale production environments.Ability to work independently in a fastpaced setting and manage stakeholders effectively.Required skillsOne Identity Manager development and administrationVB.NET programmingSQLActive Directory and LDAP integrationMicrosoft Azure, SAP, and CSVbased system integrationWeb Services integrationIdentity & Access Management conceptsScripting and automation tools .
