The institute is committed to high-quality instruction and measurable student outcomes. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chemistry Teacher role based in Parbhani. The Chemistry Teacher will plan and deliver structured lessons aligned with NEET and JEE syllabi, ensuring clarity of fundamental and advanced chemistry concepts. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, creating and reviewing practice assignments, preparing and evaluating tests, and providing individual academic support where needed. The teacher will collaborate with other faculty members to align teaching strategies, track learner progress, and participate in academic planning meetings. The role also involves maintaining classroom discipline, using clear communication to explain complex topics, and supporting learners exam readiness through doubt-clearing sessions and revision programs. Qualifications Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry Education, with the ability to teach at NEET and JEE level; working understanding of related Physics concepts is an advantage.Demonstrated Teaching experience, including effective classroom management and learner engagement.Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including creating structured syllabi, topic-wise plans, and assessment schedules.Excellent Communication skills to explain complex scientific concepts clearly and interact effectively with learners and colleagues.Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry or a closely related field from a recognized institution.Experience in coaching for NEET, JEE, or similar competitive exams is highly desirable.Ability to use basic educational technology (presentations, online resources, digital content) to support teaching.Commitment to learner success, continuous professional development, and collaborative work within the faculty team. .
