Job Title: TIBCO Senior Developer Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Business Events, TIBCO Data virtualization, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), TIBCO HAWK technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and development of Complex event processing solutions using TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above, Development of Rules, Rule Functions, Decision Tables, Event Streaming etc.,Design and development of Integration applications using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, KAFKA, Java Programming technologies.Ability to handle complete SDLC Life cycle i.e development, bug fix, enhancements, deployments.Oversee the end-to-end integration process, from initial design through to implementation and maintenance.Maintain and update technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO HAWK.Experience in messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS, MQ , other JMS providers.Experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization.Experience/Strong Knowledge on Java , KAFKA streaming is preferable.Proven experience in developing and implementing RESTful/SOAP/Messaging services and other integration protocols.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Professional TIBCO certification(s).TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above is mandatory.Experience/Knowledge with cloud platforms and services.Previous experience working in a globally distributed team environment. .
