The role will involve process design, product development, scale-up, and plant operations for the conversion of castor, mustard, and other crops into high-value products. The position is based in Rajasthan. Responsibilities & Duties: - Develop and optimize chemical processes for value-added agro products. Lead pilot trials, process scale-up, and commercial production. Work on the processing of castor, mustard, vegetable oils, and related feedstocks. Improve yield, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Establish SOPs, process parameters, and quality standards. Coordinate with production, procurement, maintenance, and quality teams. Support commissioning and stabilization of plant operations. Identify new product opportunities and process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Maintain process documentation and technical records. Qualification & Skills MSc. Chemistry Hands-on experience in castor, mustard, vegetable oil processing, oleochemicals, or agro-based chemical products. Experience in agricultural processing Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills. Knowledge of process safety and quality systems. Candidates required should be from the northern part of India only.
