Global Data Quality Specialist Key Skills: Enterprise Data Quality, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, more on DQ, not more in DG Duration: Short-term (6 months) WHAT YOULL DO In a world where Data is critical for BCG's success, BCG has founded the Global People Data & Technology Team, to create first-class, foundational global Data capabilities, products, and assets to achieve the following goals across BCG functions and teams: Enable better decision-making Generate new insights Attain operational excellence Minimize firm risk As part of this Global People Data & Technology Team, the Data Governance team work to implement policies, processes, standards, and technologies to ensure data is findable, understood, trusted, managed, and useable (whilst also supporting compliance with laws and regulations). Working closely with the Data Governance Director and Data Stewards, we are looking for a Data Quality Specialist to support the implementation of Data Governance capability in priority Global HR areas, particularly implementing Data Quality processes, further maturing our Metadata Management and driving cultural awareness of the importance of good Data Governance. Our HR Data is fundamental to BCGs overall priorities, from supporting digitalization of our functions to feeding the analytics and information for continued growth and success as a global organisation. For HR, Data Governance is a growing area of priority and influence with recent investment driving a renewed strategy and implementation plan. This is an significant area for the organisation with significant scope for thought partnering and senior stakeholder influencing. The ideal candidates will have a goal-oriented mindset and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver Data Quality capabilities and support exceptional Data Products.
