The Senior Associate Performance Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving, with a clear focus on improving efficiency, scalability, and return on investment across channels. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant channels. Ensure campaigns are aligned with defined business objectives such as lead generation, customer acquisition, or revenue growth. Performance Optimization Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Identify underperforming areas and take corrective actions to enhance overall efficiency. Budget Management Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns. Ensure proper pacing, prevent overspending, and identify opportunities for scaling high-performing campaigns. Creative & Content Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and other cross-functional teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies. Provide clear briefs based on performance insights and audience behavior. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and present structured reports. Translate performance metrics into meaningful recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute structured testing strategies across audiences, creatives, ad formats, and landing pages. Use results to refine campaign approaches and improve conversion rates. Audience Targeting & Funnel Management: Build and refine audience segments, including retargeting and lookalike strategies. Understand and optimize the entire conversion funnel from awareness to final conversion. Platform & Industry Awareness: Stay updated with platform changes, new advertising features, and evolving industry trends. Proactively incorporate best practices into campaign strategies. Required Qualifications & Skills: 13 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with hands-on campaign management Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and user behavior Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data handling Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies Good communication and collaboration skills for working across teams Why Join Us Flexible Work Culture We focus on outcomes, not rigid rules.
